By day Sarah is a full time Registered Nutritionist working in the food industry, usually writing policies or developing recipes. By night, weekend or any other spare moment Sarah is teaching yoga, blogging or travelling, trying to see as much of this beautiful planet as possible. Life is all about balance after all, right?!
