Sarah has practised Yoga for over 7 years. After falling in love with the practise and its positive impact on her life, she began her teacher training journey in Summer 2016.

Sarah now teaches Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga around Manchester with an aim to share the beautiful benefits of yoga with as many new or experienced yogis as possible. Life is all about balance whether that be through your nutrition, lifestyle or your tree pose!

Nourish and Flow:

This unique event is a huge passion of Sarah’s – combining evidence based nutrition with a beautiful Vinyasa flow. This event started through MagnaPass which Sarah wrote a mini blog here. If you are interesting in hosting a Nourish and Flow near you then please get in touch.

Private Classes:
