Yoga

I have practised Yoga for over 5 years. After falling in love with the practise and its positive impact on my life, I began my teacher training journey in Summer 2016.

I now teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga around Manchester with an aim to share the beautiful benefits of yoga with as many new or experienced yogis as possible. I believe that life is all about balance whether that be through your nutrition, lifestyle or your tree pose!

 

Nourish and Flow:

This unique event is a huge passion of mine – combining evidence based nutrition with a beautiful Vinyasa flow. I started this event through MagnaPass and have a mini blog here on the event. If you are interesting in hosting a Nourish and Flow near you then please get in touch.
