Sarah is a Registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, with a BSc (hons) degree in Public Health Nutrition and a Sports Nutritionist with the British Dietetic Association. Sarah’s goal is to make evidence-based, practical nutrition available for everyone.
Depending on your goal, consultations will be tailored specifically to you. Consultations may include:
